LEAN Trainer

Project roles and responsibilities:

LEAN Trainer Consultant specialized in applying LEAN principles within office-based environments.
– The consultant will deliver comprehensive training programs for White, Yellow and Green Belt levels.

– The consultant will play a crucial role in building LEAN capabilities within the organization and leading problem-solving workshops.

 Scope of Work:

The LEAN Trainer Consultant will be responsible for the following:

• Deliver LEAN White, Yellow, and Green Belt training programs for employees at various levels based on existing training material for White and Yellow Belt. Design training material for Green Belt.
• Collaborate with the Process Excellence team to tailor Green Belt training content to align with organizational goals and needs.
• Conduct hands-on problem-solving/Kaizen workshops to address specific operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities.

 Qualifications and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in LEAN training, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven track record of delivering White, Yellow, and Green Belt trainings.
• LEAN Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification.
• Strong expertise in facilitating workshops and Kaizen events.
• Experience in mentoring employees and guiding LEAN projects to successful completion.
• Experience delivering LEAN trainings with Shared Service / Global Business Services / Global Capability Center environment
